Most of our packages are shipped by Priority Mail and now FREE SHIPPING option for over $75.00 within the Continental USA.
Shipping fees are calculated on the actual weight of the product and not a flat or inflated fee. We have an ECONOMY rate for smaller packages under 13 oz of just $3.49. For all other U.S. orders the minimum Priority Mail fee for a 1 pound package is $5.49 and increases with weight. Priority Mail delivery is usually 2 – 3 working days from the day we ship. All of our products are shipped in boxes for safe shipping. You will receive a delivery confirmation number from us upon payment and shipment. We don’t have a problem shipping to PO BOXES, MILITARY ADDRESSES or ANY other U.S. ADDRESS via Priority Mail. A FREE SHIPPING option is now available for orders over $75.00, this applies only to the Continental U.S. and is 5 - 10 days for delivery via Parcel Post or UPS depending on weight. We can ship via UPS NEXT DAY and 2nd DAY delivery (payments received before 7:00 AM MST, ship that same day, SAT or SUN not included) but a $3.00 handling charge will apply. UPS Ground is now available for heavier packages (usually 3 lbs +) that will save you money on freight. UPS will not deliver to PO BOXES or MILITARY addresses. NOTE ON INSURANCE: We don't require you to pay for any additional insurance on your package like other sellers! We confirm your delivery with a tracking number and or delivery confirmation number. Handling Fees
We charge a modest $1.50 fee for handling (except next day, 2nd day and free shipping), per complete order. This helps us pay for a safe delivery to you by using the best quality shipping supplies. Unlike most other mail order companies, we don’t take the risk of shipping in envelopes and other inferior packaging. Most of our products are fragile and can be easily broken or smashed in transit. We always secure our products in boxes along with the proper packing material to make a safe journey to your address. If for any reason your product arrives damaged, just let us know and we’ll take care of it.

Order Processing Time
We process all orders within 24 – 48 hours of payment; we usually ship the next business day upon payment of your product. PayPal Electronic Checks take about 3 - 4 days to clear before we can ship. In the unlikely event that something is unavailable, we’ll contact you for a full refund or expected shipping date at your option.

Payment Options
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Electronic Checks and Telephone orders through our shopping cart. All credit card orders are processed with the best security/encryption by Authorize.net and use the highest encryption technology available (your credit card information is safe). PayPal customers will need an extra step to complete checkout by sending your payment from your account to: sales@incenseguru.com. Your email receipt will give you all the details. We can also process all credit cards by calling us with your information over the telephone. Due to the high volume of orders we ship, please leave us a message so we may return your call. Electronic Checks are gladly accepted but they do take about 3 – 4 days to clear before we can ship. Sorry, we no longer offer payment by personal check or money order.
